Last night was lovely.
Went to the Joiner's to see some ska bands, to be honest I wasn't expecting that much from the actual bands, but they turned out to be amazing!
So we bought lots of merch and I spilled drinks over the drummer and it was all very funny and joyous.

Today, I went to meet D.H. (and briefly Scriv), scared Erin and James hahaha. Then we went to Domino's to visit Rob Hart, who made me a pizza :)
We then went to the park and planned our Top Secret Joint 18th Birthday Party which is going to be, quite honestly, fantastic. If we can get the place we want to book and such. Ahhh it's Top Secret...

Anyway, life is okay at the moment.

It took me half an hour to write this.

Happy Birthday gorgeous

This song summarises my feelings about hospitals quite well.
My grandfather is going into hospital this weekend
To be honest, I've had enough of that bloody place for one lifetime.
Not in the sense that I'll probably end up working in one one way or another, but in the visiting sense or the operation sense. E-fucking-nough.

Had my Biology exam today, it wasn't too bad.
Got 3hr Spanish and 2 3/4 hr Chem on Wednesday which won't be nice.
Tonight I'm going to sleep.

Last night was lovelyyy.

Went to a house party with some really nice people.
Ate pizza.
Drank red wine.
Caught up with some old schoolfriends.
Played piano.
Avoided Napoleon.
Made new friends in the form of Sam, Tom, Billy and the Cantell lot. Girls are generally less sociable, I think :)
Walked with a drunken best friend and freaked out boyfriend through Bitterne.
Got home, wet.
Got into bed with a now giggly best friend
Exchanged humorous texts with boyfriend

My best friend and boyfriend get along really well and I like it. :)

But now I'm well tired.

I got quite homesick today, so I went to the new house.

It was not a nice experience.

My mother bought me some new jeans - size 6.
I couldn't fit into them.
For me, this was a success. I have been trying to put on weight since last summer. Score!
My mother's reaction: "Oh. You've put on weight. Well, that's what you get for eating crap all the time. You're at least a size 8 now."
Then my aunt and uncle popped by, and she proceeded to tell them that they had been feeding me up too much -"she's not a size 6 anymore!" My aunt looked at me with a raised eyebrow, and I returned it with somewhat teary eyes.

My dad came in, heard the story, then called me a 'fatty'.
Neither of them apologised or said "only joking".

No wonder I had a fucking complex.
It made me so angry I felt like crying.
So I sulked with Greg and watched Two Guys, A GIrl And A Pizza Place.

It was mine and Craig's 3 month today. He wrote me a note. It made me smile. So I drew him a picture with stick figures. It made him smile.

There is also a girl who means the world to me. But that is simply for me and her.

Eeep, the people in my Spanish class are having a "political debate".

YES for the Eurovision on Saturday and going to Dee's house to watch it. SCOREEE. I love Eurovision.

Right, what's going on.

-Studying for exams coming up, scary as hell. The Unit 1 Chem paper I'm retaking will be pain. I think I'll be okay on Unit 2.
-I've fallen in love with Maximo Park. I just.. hm. Yes, every song they have has that inexplicable rising-in-gut feeling that we know so well.
-Going to the new house to paint my room tomorrow. I will most likely cover the walls with posters, cos we're painting it white.
-College is... I'm getting restless. I need freedom and summer now. Hm.
-There is a high chance I will be playing bass for Hannah at her Music BTEC gig at The Talking Heads in June. Just for one song. But still. Eeek.
-I got some really nice eyeliner.
-I had a nice meal yesterday. Pizza.
-I've been a bit of an emotional wreck for the past two weeks. Particularly in front of my Spanish teacher, for some really really bizarre reason. I think it was a combination of exam stress, general worry, homesickness and PMT that led to it haha.

ANYWAY
I want Greg to come back from wherever he is so that we can watch Bad Boys :(

HMM It's going to be an interesting week

I'm pretty much ready to move, but I'm going to be living in my aunt's house for around 3 weeks, which will be awesome, hopefully.
She's going to give me a key and I can just come and go as I please, cook for myself, sort myself out and hang out with Greg (my cousin, like a big brother to me) all the time. Quite looking forward to it. And it's in walking distance to the new house.

Last night was good. Went to Dee's and hung out, criticising pretty much everything on TV and taking Macbook pictures. I wantz a Macbook now.

I don't know why I don't update LJ anymore. I guess it's just sort of lost it's sheen, and my life isn't really interesting enough to post about.

My Biology essay (Moral & Ethical Issues Associated With DNA Recombinant Technology) is actually turning out to be quite interesting. Which is good, because it's due in tomorrow. :)

Next update will most likely be from my aunt's. WEIRD.

So, the Isle Of Wight was very much a shit. It was too cold, I only got about 2 hours sleep and so now I'm grouchy and tired.
Hmph.

Not much else to say really, except that I feel ill a lot.
